The EMCOTURN 425 is a state-of-the-art 2x2-axis CNC lathe with 2 main and 2 counter spindles. It offers a main drive power of 11 kW and a speed of 0-5000 rpm. The machine is equipped with 12-station tool changers (VDI 16) and a directional control system. It features pneumatic clamping systems (26 mm diameter hollow cylinders on the main spindles and clamping cylinders on the counter spindles), as well as a part ejector. The machine is designed for high-precision turned part production and includes a finished part collection device, central lubrication, oil mist separator, Sinumerik 810T control system, coolant system, machine light, and a chip conveyor interface.
