The EMCOTURN 332 MC plus – "BIG BORE" is a 4-axis CNC lathe designed for the complete machining of components without driven tools. It offers a main spindle power of 13 kW and a counter spindle power of 10 kW, with speeds of up to 6300 rpm and 7000 rpm, respectively. The tool magazine includes a 12-station VDI25 turret, and the control is via Sinumerik 840D. The version with driven tools also allows the use of up to 12 driven tools, with a power of up to 5 kW per tool and a speed of up to 6000 rpm.
