The Concept MILL 300 is a PC-controlled CNC machining center designed for CNC training. It offers a travel range of 420 mm in X, 330 mm in Y, and 400 mm in Z, as well as a milling spindle power of 11 kW and a speed range of 0 to 5000 rpm (optionally 0 to 8000 rpm). The tool magazine is equipped with 12 tool stations, and the machine achieves a maximum tool load of 5 kg per station. Features include automatic lubrication, a coolant pump with a flow rate of 10 l/min, and a compact design with a total weight of 2900 kg. Several control software options are available, including SIEMENS, HEIDENHAIN, and FANUC.
