The turning center features main and counter spindles in three sizes (ø65 mm, ø76.2 mm, ø95 mm). It is equipped with a milling spindle and a 40-station tool changer (HSK-T63) and offers B and Y axes. Two additional tool turrets with powerful milling drives and X/Y/Z axes enable flexible machining. A maximum of 24 driven tools can be used in the lower tool system. Additional features include a finished part unloading device, a coolant system with a belt filter system, and the digital process assistant EMCONNECT (Sinumerik ONE).
